A Space to Slow Down, Breathe, and Reconnect with Yourself
There was a time in my life when I felt overwhelmed, stretched thin, and disconnected from myself.
As a mother of four, I was deeply devoted to raising and homeschooling our children—a season I truly loved. But in the midst of caring for everyone else, I hadn't yet learned how to care for myself.
I was holding a lot internally...and I navigating a relationship that made it difficult to set boundaries and honor my own needs.
From the outside, I was doing all the things, but inside I felt emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to create space for myself.
I needed a way to slow down, to breathe, and to come back to myself.
That journey led me into the world of essential oils with holistic healing, emotional wellness, and nervous system support.
What started as a personal path, learning to release stress, regulate my emotions, and reconnect with myself slowly became something more.
Not just healing, but remembering who I was underneath the overwhelm.
